ORDERING:

Our offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 EST.
All first time orders will be sent Credit Card, PayPal, CASH or certified check.
Future orders can ship "Company Check Acceptable" provided an approval
of a company check application. FAX orders received 24 hours a day.
Free freight on supply orders over $500 (not including heavy items such as equipment,
ink jet media, magnetic) shipped UPS ground in continental USA and free freight for web-orders over $250 (not including heavy items such as equipment,
ink jet media, magnetic). All orders placed before 4PM EST where merchandise is in stock
should be shipped the same day. All merchandise is tax-exempt to qualified resellers.
Beacon Graphics is not responsible for any duty, taxes or brokerage fees
incurred by the Department of Trade or Customs.

RETURNS:

Any authorized returns of supply material after 10 calendar days are subject to a
25% restocking charge. Items held over 30 days may not be returned.
Any authorized returns of software or equipment after 3 calendar days are subject to a
25% restocking charge.  Authorized returns shall be returned in their original packaging
and shall not show any signs of use, wear, abuse or damage.
Font and graphics CD products and educational videos and books
are not returnable once they are opened. No returns on Roland Stika model vinyl cutters.
Please note that the cost of a UPS call tag is $6.25 plus shipping and this cost will be deducted from your credit, if applicable.

TERMS:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express charge cards.
All dishonored checks will be assessed a service charge of $20.00. Any unpaid
balances over 30 days will accrue a 1.5% service charge: 18% A.P.R.
Certified funds or bank orders required for C.O.D. orders. C.O.D. fee is $9.00.

LIMITED LIABILITY:

Beacon Brothers Development Corp. will not be responsible or liable
for labor, manufacturers defects, damage, incidental or consequential damages
of any kind. Our maximum liability will never exceed the cost of the product.

All merchandise is brand new with full manufacturer's warranty.
