We are currently hiring in the following areas:

Customer Service/Product Specialist
Beacon Graphics employees are recognized for their commitment to our customers, diversity, enthusiasm, and quality customer service skills. A dynamic individual is sought for a customer service role in a fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones in a call center environment and assisting customers in person.
  • Taking phone orders and verify customer information such as billing, credit card and shipping address.
  • Producing sales order, packing lists and sales invoice.
  • Must be very detail orientated and able to function in a high-volume fast paced work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • A 4-year degree and experience in a retail/telemarketing role are recommended
  • Experience in the graphic arts and/or sign-making industry is a plus.
